Property Academy is an education and mentorship program designed to equip developers and community leaders with the knowledge and confidence to deliver successful projects that make a lasting difference.
Each cohort combines live group sessions, 1:1 coaching, and real-world application — all focused on helping you build smarter, more impactful projects in the communities we live in.
The program is intentionally limited to a select group of participants to ensure a high-quality, personalized experience. You’ll receive direct access to expert coaching and meaningful feedback in a supportive, hands-on environment.

Real estate development is hard to learn from the outside. There’s no clear roadmap, no universal playbook, and too many people offering advice without ever having done the work.
That’s why we started the Property Academy.
Justin George is a real estate developer and advisor with over 25 years of experience working on complex projects around the world. He is a graduate of Harvard University and the co-founder of leading real estate firm Kadus Group. Over the course of two decades, Justin has advised funds, private developers, and community organizations on everything from investment strategy to project delivery.
Property Academy & Coaching was created to share that experience with the next generation — offering practical, real-world guidance to help aspiring developers move from education to execution.
